Raw Materials
Medium-density series Eterpan, 24mm thick, special product for floor slabs, it is mainly made of Portland cement, natural plant fiber, selected quartz sand, etc., and after pulping, forming and high-temperature autoclave curing, and then drying and surface treatment, free from asbestos, formaldehyde or other hazardous substances. It is a green and environmentally friendly material.

Light weight and high strength
Eterpan Floor has thick thickness and high strength, but its unit area weight is much lighter than traditional reinforced concrete floor slabs. While meeting the high requirements of floor slab strength, it can also reduce the building load.
Safe and stable
Eterpan Floor is penetratingly fixed to the keel frame with self-tapping screws, and the dry shrinkage and wet expansion rate of the plate are lower than 0.1% and 0.2% respectively. It can maintain stable performance during use and the floor is not prone to deformation.
Heat insulation and sound insulation
The board itself has a small thermal conductivity and has a good thermal insulation effect. The keel system at the bottom of the board is filled with rock wool to achieve a better sound insulation effect and create a quiet and comfortable indoor space.
Fire and moisture proof
Eterpan Floor itself is a Class A non-combustible material with excellent fire resistance; the sheet has a low wet swelling rate. It can still maintain stable performance when used in an environment with drastic changes in temperature and humidity, is not prone to deformation, and is durable.
Easy processing
Eterpan Floor surface is flat, which is convenient for laying wooden boards, tiles, painting and other decorative surfaces to achieve rich floor decoration effects.
Convenient for installation
Eterpan Jiabi installation can be performed with dry method. Generally, only self-tapping screws are needed to fix the board to profile, which not only shortens construction period and thus reduces labor cost, but also helps to protect the clean environment of the construction site and reduce the generation of construction waste.
