"Safety Dialogue" is one of the ways for Etex Group to demonstrate safety leadership. Its purpose is to make managers must clearly express their commitment to ensure the health, safety and welfare of our employees and contractors.

The workplace itself cannot be designed to be truly completely safe. To a large extent, people's behavior will determine whether harm will occur, and management has the most significant impact on people's behavior. By preventing unsafe behavior, we can reduce the likelihood of injury. Preventing unsafe behaviors and situations is a forward-looking way to prevent accidents.

On September 19, 2017, in accordance with the production safety regulations of Etex Group, the leadership of Eternit Guangzhou organized a "Safety Dialogue" training among employees above the supervisor level. In this way, managers at all levels can improve their working methods to prevent accidents through discussions with grassroots employees on the safety of all workplaces as much as possible.

This training introduces in detail how to use the dialogue questions in 33 scenarios in the "Safe Dialogue" manual, and uses vivid role-playing methods to deepen the understanding of the training content.
