China X (Fujian) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.'s attempt to use our company's registered trademark "埃特" for many years by registering different product categories has been proven to be unworkable! The trademark No. 7175764 "埃特" previously applied for was formally invalidated by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in November 2016.

The incident originated at the end of March 2014. It was discovered that there were a large number of counterfeit Eterpan sprayed with the words "100% asbestos-free and environmentally friendly Eterpan original products (for indoor use)" in Haikou. The company was approved by Guangzhou Eternit Company and the local industrial and commercial bureau. The seizure revealed that this batch of counterfeit Eterpan was produced by Chang X Hangfeng Board Co., Ltd. of Fujian Province authorized by Fuzhou XX District Kongsi Building Materials Co., Ltd., Fuzhou XX District Kongsi Building Materials Co., Ltd. claimed to have the "埃特" trademark.

After investigation, Fuzhou XX District Kangsi Building Materials Co., Ltd. registered the trademark"埃特" in bad faith on July 1, 2013, but its registered product category does not cover fiber-reinforced cement boards. Eternit Guangzhou Building Systems Co., Ltd. began to raise objections to the legality of this trademark in July 2014. The National Trademark Review and Adjudication Board sent a reply notice to the company and was returned by the post office, and the National Trademark Review and Adjudication Board issued an announcement in the "Trademark Gazette". Dahou Kangsi did not respond within the prescribed time limit, and transferred the disputed trademark to ZhongX (Fujian) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. on May 2, 2015.

What is hateful is that Fuzhou XX District Kangsi Building Materials Co., Ltd., together with the trademark agent Fujian Ling X Trademark Office, sent an individual Lan*yu to our company and Etai Group on March 31, 2014.
